Refund policy
We attach great importance to our quality controls. Nevertheless, it can happen that we overlook something. If your product is faulty, or we accidentally sent you the wrong product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you the full purchase price including shipping costs and return label.

If you change your mind (we all can) or it wasn't the right gift, please contact us at
service@goldblack.de and we will be happy to take it back within 30 days and refund the purchase price.
After you have registered your return online, we will provide you with a return label. As soon as your return has arrived in our warehouse, it will be checked and we will refund the purchase price within 7 days after deducting the return costs (since the outward shipping was, to be fair, free of charge) to the payment method selected in the payment process.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
