RETURN POLICY

Goods in new and perfect condition can be returned for exchange or a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.
The original documents must be attached to the articles. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please ensure that all GOLDBLACK.de returns sent to our customer service department are insured for transport.
Goldblack Premium Accessoires accepts no liability for returned items that are lost in transit.
Goldblack Premium Accessoires is not liable for customs duties or other charges that may be incurred when returning returned items.

All items that are returned outside of the return period or without the original packaging or documents, as well as items that have already been worn or
Damaged items will not be accepted and returned to the customer and no purchase price refund will be made.

 

Right of withdrawal

You can submit your contract declaration within 14 days in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or -
if the item is left to you before the deadline has expired - also revoked by returning the item.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery)
and not before the fulfillment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB.

The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from it,
that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day,
on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you;
In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that
that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day
on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract, send it back to us or hand it over.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an examination of the quality,
Properties and functioning of the goods is not due to the need to handle them.
